How to Track Your Application
Once you submit your application, you can check its progress at any time:
- Locate your Application Reference Number received in your confirmation email.
- Access the online tracking page on the portal.
- Enter your Application Reference Number, Passport Number, and Date of Birth.
- Review your current processing status.
What the Status Messages Mean
- Submitted / Payment Received: Your application has entered the queue for processing.
- Under Process: Egyptian immigration officers are reviewing your documents and conducting security checks.
- Approved: Your eVisa has been granted! You can download the PDF document immediately.
- Action Required / Document Resubmission: An uploaded document was rejected and requires a clearer copy.
Downloading Your eVisa
When the status changes to Approved, download and print at least two copies of the document to carry with you on your trip.

How long does the status typically stay 'Under Process'?
Applications usually remain Under Process for up to 7 business days (around 4 business days with express processing) while security vetting is completed.
What if I did not receive a confirmation email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If not found, log into the portal with the email used during checkout to view your active reference number.
